Product Introduction: 

Our Spiral Sand Washing Machine (also named Screw Sand Washer) is a core equipment for sand & gravel aggregate cleaning, specially designed for separating mud, dust, clay and other impurities from manufactured sand, river sand, weathered sand, tailings sand and construction recycled sand. 

Adopting horizontal trough structure and multi-stage spiral flipping washing technology, it realizes high-efficiency mud removal, dehydration and classification of sand materials in one process, widely used in sand & gravel yards, mines, concrete mixing plants, quarry processing lines and mine tailings recycling projects.

Horizontal long trough multi-stage washing structure, spiral blades continuously flip sand materials, fully contact with water to separate mud and impurities thoroughly; compared with wheel sand washers, it has better cleaning effect for sand with high mud content (adapt to mud content ≤30%), and the finished sand fineness modulus is more stable.

Heavy Duty Wear-Resistant Structure

Spiral blades: High manganese wear-resistant steel casting, thicknessened design, anti-wear, anti-corrosion and anti-fatigue, suitable for 24/7 continuous heavy-duty production, service life increased by 50% compared with ordinary blades.

Trough body: Thickened steel plate integral welding, sprayed with anti-rust and wear-resistant paint, strong rigidity, no deformation during long-term operation.

Key vulnerable parts (spiral liner, wear plate): Adopt high-strength wear-resistant materials, reduce maintenance frequency and cost.

Energy-Saving & Stable Transmission

Equipped with frequency conversion motor and hard-tooth surface reducer, low-speed stable operation, low noise, low vibration; power consumption is 20-30% lower than traditional spiral sand washers, realizing energy-saving and efficient production. 

The transmission part is separated from water and sand, avoiding wear and corrosion, ensuring long-term stable operation of the equipment.

Low Sand Loss & High Dewatering Efficiency

Unique spiral pushing structure, fine sand loss rate ≤3%, effectively retain fine sand resources; integrated dewatering zone, finished sand moisture content ≤15%.

Large Processing Capacity & Flexible Configuration
