Nuestra estación está equipada con una cavidad de impacto ajustable patentada y un rotor de alta velocidad, con un principio de trituración que proporciona una fuerza de impacto de hasta 1200 kN.


The optimized impact plate design (wear-resistant alloy material) ensures full contact with materials, eliminating dead zones and improving crushing efficiency by 35% compared with traditional impact crushers.


With a stepless adjustable discharge gap (5-50mm), it can flexibly produce finished products of different particle sizes (0-10mm, 10-20mm, 20-40mm) to meet the diverse needs of aggregate production, road construction and building materials. 


The crushing ratio is as high as 1:15, which can directly crush materials with a feed size of up to 500mm into high-quality, uniform aggregates—no need for secondary crushing, saving time and cost.


The wear-resistant impact hammer (chromium-molybdenum-vanadium alloy) has a service life 60% longer than ordinary manganese steel hammers, and the quick-wear parts can be replaced in 1 hour without disassembling the whole machine, reducing maintenance downtime by 50%.

2. Control hidráulico inteligente y tecnología de ahorro de energía


Integrated with a PLC intelligent hydraulic control system, our Mobile Impact Crusher Station supports one-key start/stop, automatic adjustment of impact force and discharge gap, and real-time monitoring of equipment operation parameters (temperature, load, speed, etc.). The hydraulic protection device can automatically retract the impactor when encountering uncrushable materials (such as iron blocks), avoiding equipment damage and ensuring safe and stable operation.


Equipped with an energy-efficient diesel engine and a frequency conversion speed regulation system, the fuel consumption is reduced by 25% compared with traditional equipment—only 22-30L/h (depending on the model). It can also be connected to grid electricity (380V/50Hz) to further reduce operating costs and carbon emissions, complying with global environmental protection standards (EU CE, ISO 9001).

3. Chasis móvil integrado: despliegue flexible y adaptabilidad al terreno

Adoptando un diseño de chasis integrado, elimina la necesidad de cimientos de concreto complejos y desmontaje durante la transferencia. The crawler-type model is equipped with a heavy-duty tracked walking mechanism with shock-absorbing rubber pads, which can easily navigate uneven, muddy or remote terrains (common in African mines and Southeast Asian mountainous areas) with strong passing performance.


The wheeled model features a heavy-duty axle with hydraulic suspension, suitable for flat construction sites and long-distance transportation, with a maximum travel speed of 28km/h. Both models can be fully deployed in ≤2.5 hours—saving 30-60 days of foundation construction time compared with fixed impact crushing plants, and realizing "on-site crushing, on-site utilization" to reduce material transportation costs by up to 50%.
