1. Movilidad superior y despliegue rápido

Equipped with advanced crawler or rubber-tire chassis, our mobile screening station features excellent off-road performance and a small turning radius, enabling free movement in complex terrains such as mines, construction sites, and mountainous areas without the need for complex foundation construction. 

It can move flexibly along the quarry face or between different job sites, minimizing production interruptions and realizing the transformation from "material transfer" to "equipment moving to materials".

2. Cribado de alta eficiencia y clasificación precisa

Adopting a three-axis horizontal screen or multi-layer vibrating screen structure, combined with optimized elliptical vibration trajectory design, the equipment achieves large amplitude, high vibration frequency, and long effective screening stroke, ensuring high screening efficiency and precise material classification. 

The screen surface is made of high-wear-resistant polyurethane or steel mesh, which is not only durable but also effectively solves the problem of clogging when screening wet and sticky materials—greatly reducing maintenance workload.

It supports flexible adjustment of screen inclination and discharge particle size, and can screen 3-4 different specifications of aggregates according to customer needs, realizing integrated coarse and fine screening operations.

Equipped with a modern intelligent electronic control system, the mobile screening station supports one-key start-stop, parameter adjustment, and real-time monitoring of operating status (such as vibration frequency, conveying speed, and fuel consumption).

The optimized power system (supporting external power supply, gas-electric hybrid, and full hydraulic drive) has a fuel saving rate of up to 25%, effectively reducing energy consumption and operational costs.

Integrated with efficient dust removal system and noise muffler, the equipment effectively reduces dust and noise pollution, meeting environmental protection standards（CE Certified） and being suitable for screening operations in urban areas and other environmentally sensitive areas.
